Dierdorf %26amp; Hart's on West Port Plaza. They have the Club Dining Room, which will hold up to 36 people. You can't go wrong with Shannon's or Carmine's, of course. Others to consider are Al's, Charcoal House, Annie Gunn's (Chesterfield), Fleming's (Frontenac), Morton's (Clayton), and F15teen. Ruth's Chris is okay, but they are everywhere. I prefer to go with something more local.

I haven't eaten at Fleming's but between Morton's, Capital Grille, and Smith %26amp; Wollensky I have had the best experience with Smith and Wollensky, particularly the dry aged steaks which are usually available as a daily special. They focus more on the quality of the meat and simple, appropriate seasonings that enhance the meat's flavor rather than adding seasonings that mask or alter the meat's flavors.
