I'm thinking of applying there.. but I heard that you get paid about $2. .. and a 3% tip share.. is that a lot? On average, how much would you make an hour? a night?

I used to work there and made 2.13 an hour. You don't get the entire tip share (which is 3% of total sales). It's split evenly between the bussers, bartenders, and hosts. So basically, all the hosts for the night have to split their 1% among themselves. How much you get really depends on how many hosts are working that night and what the total sales for the night are.
