yeah, i went through all the stuff wa seven a trainer and then head wait. the thing to remember is they're going to give you scenarios then you'll get so many points for saying things that are on their lists of answers, so always give multiple solutions the big thing to remember is that when you work for outback it's a restaraunt company not a company of restaraunts- so always know that you can ask for help from other servers and to let a manger know of the situation- and during that part of your interview say those two things every time- it's two automatic points on evvery question if you do- anymore questions about it- i'm a pro, just email me vicycat@yahoo.com
Let's go Outback tonight, life will still be there tomorrow.Have a 2nd interview with Outback Steakhouse and heard the questions were kinda tough. Anyone who's done it?
They will give you some scenarios like "You are asking a family for their dessert order, when suddenly the six year-old boy throws up his nuggets and macaronni dinner all over your shirt. What would you do?" The correct answer is to inform the manager of the situation.
