Does anyone have the receipe for the cesear salad dressing at Outback Steakhouse?

Outback Steakhouse Caesar Salad Dressing

Very close to the mouth-watering Caesar salad dressing from America's favorite steakhouse chain. You can't buy it in the stores, but now you can make it from scratch in mere minutes. Best of all, this dressing keeps for weeks and weeks in the fridge in a covered container (if it's even around that long).

1 cup

1/4 tsp

1/4 tsp

11/2 tsp

mayonnaise

egg substitute

grated parmesan cheese

water

olive oil

lemon juice

anchovy paste (Use whole anchovies, if available)

cloves garlic, pressed

sugar

coarse ground pepper

salt

dried parsley flakes, crushed fine

horseradish

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat ingredients for about 50 seconds. (Better yet, mix in a blender)

To perfect the recipe, Add:

another heaping 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese

2 Tb of "extra virgin" olive oil"...

Beat ingredients for another 20 seconds

2. Cover bowl and chill for several hours so that flavors can develop.

Makes approximately 21/4 cups.

Under a search engine type in "restaurant recipes". One of the top ones to come up should be www.copykat.com. Under their search type in what you are looking for. I've replicated so many restaurant recipes off this site with great results! I hope this helps!!
